Junior Golf Camps
One Week Golf Camp for Beginners
Four (4) daily lessons running Monday through Thursday of the same week. Each day’s lesson lasts 1.75 hours. Students will be grouped in each session according to age/ability, and most importantly, their friends. Students may register for multiple weeks. We will individualize the lessons for repeat attendees within the group setting.
All classes are open unless otherwise noted.

Topics: Full swing I and II, putting, chipping, pitching, safety, terminology, and etiquette.
Fee: $109, includes four 1.75 hour lessons, use of all equipment, a golf t-shirt, and a bag tag. The Friday of each week will serve as a rainout make-up day.
Please read carefully...
On the first day of "Golf Camp" we will meet at the 3-hole practice center located on the service road at the far west end of the Emerald Greens parking lot. See the diagram above. Please enter the golf course on the east side using Goodwin Ave, and proceed straight ahead through both parking lots and onto the gravel service road. The 3-hole practice center will be just ahead on your right.
Directions to Emerald Greens:
Emerald Greens Golf Course is located 3 miles west of Hastings on MN 55. From Rosemount, take County 42 east past MN 52 until County 42 ends at MN 55. Take a right on MN 55 heading towards Hastings and go past the cell tower. Take your next right at Goodwin Ave and go 1/4 mile. The entrance to Emerald Greens is on the right.
Dress Code:
Every sport has a uniform, and golf is no different. No, I don’t mean plaid, but please dress in proper golf attire. This means nice t-shirts or golf shirts, modest shorts, and proper footwear (golf shoes or tennis shoes). Please, absolutely no sandals, cut-offs, and specifically for girls, no loose shirts that flop open when you are in your golf address position. A simple rule: If a shirt has sleeves, it doesn’t need a collar. If it has a collar it doesn’t need sleeves.
Rainout and make-up lesson information:
In the event of poor weather, please call 651-683-6969 and select voice mail box 84498. Alternate plans will be announced through the greeting on my voice mail. The Friday of each week will serve as a rainout make-up day.
